Available Programs

John Rex Charter School partners with several organizations for after-school care. The Downtown YMCA is the only organization operating its after-school care programs on-site. Please contact our office for a complete list of participating programs.

YMCA before and after Care ( Elementary only)
JRCS partners with the Downtown YMCA to provide fee-based before and after care programs. The program is held on site at the school and is available from 7 a.m. until school begins and again when school dismisses until 6 p.m.

At the YMCA, no child, family or adult is turned away. It is the policy of the YMCA of Greater Oklahoma City that no person will be denied membership or program are provided through the Y’s Community Support Campaign and the United Way. Applications are available at any YMCA location or can be downloaded at YMCAOKC.ORG
